PLAN OVERVIEW
We are pleased to offer a practice plan for our patients, we will be using Practice Plan. Here are Chapel Hill Dental we are keen to promote prevention and regular attendance, the plan ensures your examinations and hygiene appointments are included and any treatments you may require will be subject to a 10% discount.
Note any cosmetic dental treatments that are not clinically necessary (cosmetic treatments and Implants/Invisalign) are not subject to any discount. The huge benefit of the plan is that it saves you money and allows you spread the cost of your dental treatment throughout the year. Each patient is categorised depending on their overall dental health. New patient’s must be dentally fit and any treatment identified by the dentist in your examination must be completed before you can join the plan.

HOW DO YOU JOIN OUR PLAN?
After a full examination with your dentist you are one step closer to joining our plan which will be the most economic way to manage your dental care. Any identified treatment must be completed to ensure you are dentally fit before you are ready to join the plan.
Once the registration form and direct debit mandate and authorisation form for Practice Plan have been completed the plan can be set up. In addition to your first monthly payment, an initial registration fee of £10 per person will be payable by you to Practice Plan and will be included in your first Direct Debit payment.
If you choose to leave the plan for any reason you can do so by simply giving us one month’s notice.
THE CHAPEL HILL DENTAL KIDS PLAN
We are pleased to offer a plan for children as well. This is also provided by Practice Plan and is set up in the same way as outlined above.
It is important to build good habits young and by allowing your children to attend their dental appointments regularly they will be become more confident and comfortable in the dental setting and hopefully carry forward these excellent habits into adulthood. We promote preventative treatment and give regular brushing and dietary advice to all of our patients, with the aim and hope that dental decay will infrequent as it is very much avoidable.
WHAT DOES OUR KIDS PLAN COVER?
- Two dental examinations per year including any necessary x-rays.
- Any filling’s that may be required
- Oral Hygiene and dietary advice
- Up to one emergency visit per year
- One Hygiene visit/year if required
- Membership card with 24 hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad
